Initial Notification: On October 19, 2019, crude oil spilled from a flow line into a Buras Bayou within Delta National Wildlife Refuge at Well 21. The well has been shut-in. TPIC reported a 20 ft by 5 ft sheen. Absorbent and containment boom applied. USCG requested Resources at Risk.
