Initial Notification: On Sept 16, 2019 a dead Atlantic Right Whale (highly endangered) was observed. The NMFS Greater Atlantic Regional Fisheries Office (GARFO) requested a hindcast of the carcass from the NOAA SSC and NOAA ERD.
