Initial Notification: On August 15, 2019, the USCG was notified of a crude oil spill from a Time Energy flow line in Cox Bay. A reported 20 bbl have impacted approx 200 x 600ft of marsh. Source is secured and the USCG requested evaluation of potential to conduct an in-situ burn.
