Initial Notification: On August 30, 2019, the USCG Sector New Orleans IMD was notified of a sunken crane barge at ARTCOs (AMERICAN RIVER TRANSPORTATION CO) Mile Marker 110 fleeting area. A light, sporadic sheen was seen coming from the vicinity of the sunken barge.
