Initial Notification: On 28JUL19 at ~ 2049 CDT NOAA RRO received a phone call from USCG Sector New Orleans IMD asking for 2 fates and trajectories for a 35 bbl and 1 - 3 bbl oil spill in Barataria Bay from a platform discharge. Sheen was seen but no dark oil at the time the NRC report was generated.
