Mystery Sheen Viosca Knoll 900A; Gulf of Mexico

Initial Notification: On June 14, 2019, the Sector New Orleans IMD was notified of a mystery sheen passing through the Viosca Knoll 900 block measuring 2 nautical miles by 0.5 nautical miles, silver in color. The sheen was moving from West to East, and did not show any indication of a potential source, or that it was a continuous discharge.
