Initial Notification: NOAA SSC was notified on 14 April 2019 of incident involving the grounding of the vessel ITV Buckle at Mile Marker 217.1 on the Missouri River near Saline City, MO. Vessel ran hard aground on 13 April. No apparent discharge. Vessel is carrying 8,000 gallons of diesel. USCG is requesting trajectory assessment for potential worst case discharge and resources at risk.
