Initial Notification: On April 10, 2019, the USCG Sector New Orleans Incident Management Division (IMD) notied the NOAA SSC that the TPIC Delta Duck Facility had a 6 inch transfer line ball valve fail. TPIC initially reported 3 bbl of crude oil discharged into Delta National Wildlife Refuge's unnamed canal surrounding the facility.
