Initial Notification: Sector New Orleans Incident Management Division (IMD) received NRC #1233035 stating approximately 10 barrels of crude oil has been discharged due to a hole in the salt water disposal line at the facility. TPIC shutdown the line, notified their OSRO ES&H, and the area was boomed with approximately 2000ft of boom to keep discharged oil out of the center of Camp Canal waterway to prevent spreading of the oil.
