Initial Notification: On June 20th, 2017, the USCG Sector New Orleans contacted the NOAA RRO to request trajectory information for a barge that broke free from its mooring at the facility located in Main Pass, Louisiana. There is no concern for discharge from the barge, but it may be a hazard to vessels and platforms in the area.
