Initial Notification: ON May 30, 2017, the USCG observed a rainbow/grey sheen in Adak Small Boat Harbor resulting from a diesel and herring oil spill. The sheen is covering roughly 1/3 of the harbor with pockets of recoverable material. USCG has requested an ESA Section 7 consult to be initiated.
