Initial Notification: In Kodiak AK a one ton Chlorine tank was dropped and began to leak. About 1/2 of the cargo was lost before USCG could seal the tank. Tank began to leak again at a low rate while CG waited for equipment to transfer chlorine to smaller tanks.
