Initial Notification: Bomb threat at CG HQ in Yorktown. Caller said bomb was attached to pier and set to go off at 1600 EDT. Valves were turned off at both ends of fuel pipes on pier. however an estimated 10k gals remained in pipes. 40% #4, 60% DFM.
