Initial Notification: USCG Sector Guam notified the NOAA SSC on July 29 that an 18-foot US National Park Service work boat had capsized and was aground on reef at Asa Beach in Adelup, Guam. The vessel was carrying 25 gallons of fuel at the time but no discharge was observed. At the time of notification, plans were being made to remove the vessel. This was a NOAA notification. No ERD support was requested.
