Initial Notification: NOAA SSC notified 2100 PST of a Fishing Vessel aground on northern tip of jetty for entrance to Yaquina Bay, Oregon. Vessel is leaking diesel, at most 3000-4000 gallons. USCG requested trajectory support from NOAA ERD.
