Initial Notification: At the request of the USCG, the regional NOAA Scientific Support Coordinator investigated the potential oil spill trajectory for two grounded barges near Texas City Light #14 The barges CTCO 336 and 358 are each loaded with a reported 20K gallons of a light crude oil and were being pushed by the tug HENRI CENAC.
