Initial Notification: USCG Sector Delaware Bay called the NOAA SSC to report a #2 fuel oil spill at the Port of Wilmington, DE from the MV Honor. The report estimated between 3,500 to 4,000 gallons of fuel oil was spilled. It appears the vessel's hull was punctured by the bollard while it was along side the pier. The USCG requested phone support for trajectory, weather and tides and currents.
