Initial Notification: At approximately 1330 Friday, there was a release of about 50 barrels of diesel fuel oil spilled into the southern end of San Juan Harbor, Puerto Rico. That location is at the southern end of San Juan Harbor, in the "Army Terminal Turning Basin". It is reported that there is power plant cooling water intake/outfall nearby that causes a significant current. The intake is currently boomed off.
