Initial Notification: The USCG notified the NOAA Scientific Support Coordinator (SSC) of a release on the deck of the M/V RAMLAH of 200 bbls of light crude oil at the LOOP Terminal (approximately 12 nautical miles SW of Belle Pass, Louisiana). The release was reported to have occurred at approximately 1920 hrs local time. Some portion of the 200 bbls was reported to have spilled into Gulf of Mexico waters. The USCG has requested a trajectory analysis.
