Initial Notification: On 4 December 2007, an estimated 3 barrel condensate and natural gas spill was reported in Red Pass, near the Targa DGS Facility in the Venice area of the Mississippi River. The release was not secured at this time and the actual source was unknown. The estimated discharge rate was estimated at 1 to 2 barrels per hour, and a visible sheen 0.25 miles long was reported. An unknown area of marsh has been impacted.
