Initial Notification: Tarballs were reported along about a 9 mile stretch of beach yesterday (Tuesday, April 17th) from Point Reyes to the beaches along Drakes Bay. The tarballs averaged the size of a quarter and appeared to be fairly fresh. USCG district 11.
