Initial Notification: A barge carrying about 12,000 gallons of diesel fuel lost it's tow rope and went aground off Ocean Shores Washington this afternoon. The barge is 2 miles north of the jetty at the entrance to Gray's Harbor, on a sand bottom. At this time no oil is reported leaking and an attempt to pull the barge out will be made at the midnight high tide. USCG district 13.
