Initial Notification: On January 19, 1996, the tug Triumph reported that her tow, T/B 106, had grounded with 20,000 gallons of gasoline onboard, near the James River Light #36 near Fort Eustis, Virginia. T/B 106 was subsequently refloated without causing environmental damage or pollution. USCG district 5. Keyword: none.
