Initial Notification: On June 20, 1989, the tanker CAMARGUE, tied up at the Canaport Monobuoy at St. John, New Brunswick, accidentally discharged about 2,500 gallons of bunker C oil during bunkering operations. The operation was terminated when the overflow of bunker oil was observed. USCG district 1.
