Initial Notification: On March 30, 1986, an M and Q Trucking tank truck containing 3,000 gallons of gasoline overturned at the Van Wyck intersection of the Long Island Expressway. Approximately 100 gallons were lost into the storm drain; a gasoline sheen was observed emanating from the storm drain at the creek that flows into Flushing Bay. USCG district 3.
