Initial Notification: On December 20, 1985, 1,440 barrels of Jet A fuel were released into a culvert with drainage into Puget Sound when a Burlington Northern Railroad crew inadvertently ruptured a pipeline from the Chevron Bulk Storage Terminal at Point Wells. USCG district 13.
