Initial Notification: At 1110 on 26 February USCG Sector Southeast New England briefed the NOAA SSC on a sunken recreational vessel in the Seekonk River that was sheening. The USCG has taken over the spill response. The vessel is not believed to have any fuel on board, but could hold up to 200 gallons of diesel fuel.
