Initial Notification: NOTIFICATION ONLY Early in the morning of January 20, 2024, a barge allision at Magellan Terminals, located in the upper Houston Ship Channel, discharged an estimated 50 bbls of naptha into the channel. At time of Sector Houston's notification, discharge was partially contained, no support requested.
