Initial Notification: On April 26, 2023, an estimated 30 bbls of crude oil was discharged into the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) during a pipeline pressure test (NRC#1365674). MSU Port Arthur contacted NOAA SSC to request input on cleanup methods.
