Initial Notification: On the morning of 13 NOV 2021, between 100-400 gallons of red dye diesel was spilled at the Stinson Marina during a fuel transfer involving the 60ft pleasure craft ZUMA. The spill was secured. ECY and USCG have been on scene and are working to clean up the oil. The sheen had been reported to have spread through the Ballard Locks and seen near Shilshole Bay Marina. USCG has requested a Trajectory and Resources at Risk.
