Initial Notification: On March 3, 20201, the Great Lakes SSC received notification of a truck that fell through the ice. The incident occurred last week and efforts to salvage the truck were abandoned today. USCG is requesting recommendations on the potential environmental impact of leaving the truck in 130ft of water. Estimated pollution potential 70gallons of diesel and the truck batteries.
