Initial Notification: On August 11, 2020, the USCG IMD Sector New Orleans reported a sheen with dark product 20 miles long and half-mile wide off the Louisiana coast. TPIC is suspected to be the responsible party. Fieldwood and BSEE both conducted overflights. The amount is suspected to be 5 - 10 barrels of Louisiana Sweet Crude. RRO notified and phone support was requested
