The estimated amount of discharge is 5bbls. Whitney Oil and Gas is the responsible party. OSRO deployed containment and sorbent boom. Impacted vegetation is predominantly water hyacinth. The impacted area is within the Pass A Loutre State Wildlife Management Area.
