Initial Notification: On December 29, 2015, MSU Port Arthur notified NOAA SSC of a pipeline leak of crude oil approximately 12 miles offshore of Sabine Pass, Texas. Pipeline has been shut in. An estimated 37 gallons was released, producing a 2 mile x 250 ft sheen. A trajectory has been requested.
