Initial Notification: On March 30, 2015, a fire occurred at the Exxon Mobil refinery, resulting in a unit flaring to the atmosphere. Cause of fire is unknown. Chemicals potentially released include nitrous (or nitrogen) oxide, butadiene, benzene and xylene. Plant was evacuated and they are fighting the fire. No injuries reported.
